For businesses with uneven income and significant debtors or stock, a cash flow forecast is a must. Without a forecast, the company can face periods where it may be starved of cash. Therefore, we prepare a 12-month forecast that displays figures on a month-by-month basis. The projected figures are then replaced once we receive the actual ones.
